Solar System Design & Engineering Consultancy

Get the Right System Designed Before You Spend a Rupee

Before any solar system is installed, a proper engineering design is essential. Saonix conducts a full site survey, analyses your electricity bills, simulates your solar yield using PVsyst software, and produces a detailed design report with AutoCAD drawings. You know exactly what you will get and what it will save you – before committing to any purchase.

How It Works

  1. 1
    Site Visit & Load Analysis

We visit your location, measure roof dimensions, and analyse 3–6 months of electricity bills to calculate your exact load.

  2. 2
    Shadow & Irradiance Analysis

Using PVsyst software, we model sun availability at your exact GPS coordinates and calculate expected annual electricity generation.

  3. 3
    System Sizing

We determine optimal panel count, inverter capacity, battery size (if required), and string configuration.

  4. 4
    AutoCAD Layout Drawing

A detailed roof plan showing panel positions, cable routes, earthing points, and inverter location is produced.

  5. 5
    Financial Report

Full ROI calculation, payback period estimate, monthly savings projection, and 25-year cash flow model.

  6. 6
    Report Delivery

You receive everything in a PDF report before signing any contract.

Key Benefits

  • Know exactly what your system will generate before buying
  • Avoid oversized or undersized systems
  • Bank-ready documentation for financing
  • AutoCAD drawings meet DISCO net metering requirements
  • Simulation shows worst-case and best-case output scenarios

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the design consultation free?
Initial consultation is free. A full engineering report with AutoCAD and PVsyst simulation is available at a nominal fee that is credited back when the project is confirmed.
How long does the design take?
3–5 working days after the site visit.
Can you design without visiting my site?
Yes. We can do a remote design using your electricity bills, Google Maps satellite image, and rooftop photos you send us.
What software do you use?
PVsyst for solar yield simulation and AutoCAD for layout drawings.
Will the design change during installation?
Minor adjustments are normal. Any significant change is discussed and approved with you before proceeding.
